A microscopic movement was recorded in the Royal Gazette / Bermuda Stock Exchange as it rose 0.09 points (0.00 percent) to 4,981.39 after 15,679 shares were traded, representing a value of $174,742.50.

The only movement in share price was MediaHouse Limited, which owns the Bermuda Sun, and improved by 10 cents (1.5 percent) to close at a new 52-week high of $6.75 after a total of 12,400 shares were traded.

In the insurance sector 2,500 BF&M shares were exchanged, although there was no change to the closing price of $18.50.

And on the banking arena a total of 779 shares in Butterfield Bank were traded at $57.70, again there was no change to the closing price.
