Human resource consultancy Performance Solutions yesterday announced the appointment of Bermudian Nea Dixon on a part-time basis to the newly-created position of senior consultant and training specialist.

In the role, Ms. Dixon will be responsible for consulting on development and performance, succession planning, as well as training and coaching managers. She will report to the president, Kelly Francis.

Ms Dixon has 30 years? experience in the HR industry and previously worked for ten years at the Argus Group as Vice President of Human Resources where she was responsible for developing HR strategy and policy, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, immigration processing and HR information system administration. She opreviously worked at the Bank of Bermuda in a variety of human resources functions.

Ms Dixon is a member of the Bermuda Human Resources Association and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

She is also a director of the Bermuda Society of Arts as well as a scholarship committee member for the Bank of Bermuda Foundation.
