Founded in 1863, Bryant offers a unique integration of business and liberal arts that defines the educational experience. This integration ensures that students become well-rounded individuals with the analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills needed to successfully compete in a complex, global environment.

Bryant offers more than 80 areas of study, and the College of Business offers the following academic programs: Business Administration with concentrations in accounting, computer information systems, finance, financial services, management, and marketing; Information Technology; and International Business.

The College of Arts and Sciences offers academic programs in: Actuarial Mathematics; Applied Mathematics and Statistics, Communication; Economics; Global Studies; History; Literary and Cultural Studies; Politics and Law; Psychology; and Sociology.

All of Bryant's academic programs are accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). The University's College of Business is also accredited by AACSB International — The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, a distinction earned by only 10 percent of universities worldwide.

Build Lifelong Relationships

More than 3,200 students come to Bryant from 32 states and 34 countries including Bermuda. Bryant has all the advantages of a small community allowing close relationships among students, faculty, and university administrators.

Yet the campus is large enough so that there are always plenty of people to meet and interesting things to do.

The Amica Center for Career Education

Has connections with more than 350 companies and can help students get practical experience in their fields of study. Bryant students have gained valuable work experience through internships at companies such as Deloitte, Walt Disney World, Fidelity Investments, Hasbro, Textron, local and regional media outlets, and a number of nonprofit organizations.

98.5 percent of surveyed graduates from the class of 2006 were employed or enrolled in graduate school within six months of graduation.

Great Location

The university is situated on 420 acres of beautiful New England countryside in Smithfield, Rhode Island. The campus is only 15 minutes from state capital of Providence and its excellent cultural attractions, professional sports events, shops, and restaurants.

Many Fortune 500 corporations and other major companies are located within driving distance of the Bryant campus.

Technology

Bryant is ranked as the ninth "Most Wired Campus" according to Intel Corporation's 2005 survey on wireless Internet access at U.S. colleges and universities.

All freshmen receive state-of-the-art Thinkpad® notebook computers fully loaded with software and wireless capability, which they can use virtually anywhere on Bryant's wireless campus.
