Stores this morning after a hiatus of three weeks.

Readers of the New York Times, Post, Daily News and the International Herald Tribune have had to do without them since USAir temporarily halted its direct New York to Bermuda flight on January 6.

Phoenix Stores president Mr. Reid Young said his company has arranged to bring in the publications except the International Herald Tribune, on American Airlines.

The newspapers will go on sale in Bermuda a day after their publication.

CUSTOMER NOT BOUND BY CONTRACT CTS Customer not bound by contract A customer is not bound by wording on a contract that he was unaware of when he signed the contract, Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis ruled on Friday.

Harold Darrell does not have to pay the 33.3 percent fee that Bermuda Credit Association Ltd. levied when it pursued him over late payment for a set of furniture he purchased from The Sleep Shop, Mr. Francis said.

The Sleep Shop had sued Darrell for the $835.33 fee. Darrell has now paid for the furniture itself, court was told.

Although the 33.3 percent credit association fee was written on the back of one page of a three-sheet contract Darrell signed, Mr. Francis said he accepted Darrell's testimony that he was not made aware it was there.
