Dear Sir,

Bermuda is renowned for its friendliness, beauty and charm. Completing our first visit, we were not disappointed.

But you have something even more important - citizens that deeply care about their Bermuda. For example, on Friday, July 18, we took a bus trip to the Dockyard. When we arrived at a littered bus stop, we witnessed the driver, L.J. Smith, get out of his seat, pick up the garbage and return to his position as driver.

Voicing how impressed we were, Mr. Smith humbly stated that he was just doing what he could to improve his part of the world. If only you could export that!
