What is your favourite part of the job? That's a difficult one. But if I had to choose, it would be in seeing the collaborative effort of my staff working together on a client solution and ultimately the delivery of this to a client.

What is your least favourite part of the job? I don't have one!

What is your most interesting experience at work? No client is the same, so in working on tailored solutions, you gain a different experience every time. One of the interesting and exciting times for me was working with the new class four re-insurers that were established post Katrina and teams within the bank in providing liquidity solutions to them.

What would you be doing otherwise? When I finished college, I came back to Bermuda with a degree in social work, but I could not find a job and decided to come to the bank for a year. Almost 20 years later, I am still here because I love what I do. But I do feel that if I had not come to the bank, I would be working with children in some capacity in the social work field.
