American travel firm USMotivation, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Society of Incentive Travel Executives (SITE).
In an election that included its worldwide membership of more than 2,200, SITE members voted for six open positions for a three-year term, starting January 1, 1993.
Since 1986, Ms Reider has worked closely with USTravel chairman Mr. Peter Sontag in developing the incentive marketing arm of the United States' third largest travel agency.
Recognised as an industry leader, Ms Reider was appointed as the 1992 chairperson for the 13th annual Crystal Awards competition sponsored by SITE.
She has also served on the society's seminar committee, the Pacific Northwest steering committee and as moderator of the panel at the Fifth Annual International SITE Conference entitled `The Changing Customer: Choosing the Course to Motivation Success.' Ms Reider said she will continue to work to increase the sophistication of the Society's educational efforts.
She added: "I will recommend that SITE direct solid research to support the validity of old, new and non-traditional uses of incentive travel.'' Founded in 1973, SITE is the only international, non-profit, professional association devoted exclusively to the pursuit of excellence in incentive travel, which is a multi-billion dollar industry. The organisation has members in 68 countries.

Mr. Anthony H. Richardson left Hall, Duncan and Trott law firm to join Ancyn Financial Services, in Devonshire.
Ms Cynthia May Stewart went from Kempe and Whittle to Gray and Kempe.
