Registration opens for Miss Bermuda 2014
Calling all local beauties. Registration for the 2014 Miss Bermuda Pageant is now open.
Organisers are looking for young ladies between the ages of 17 and 24 who are interested in representing the Island internationally, to sign up from now until the end of the month.
The 2014 winner will be given the opportunity to represent the Island at the Miss World Pageant in London.
Past competition winners describe the pageant process as a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Katherine Arnfield, Miss Bermuda 2013, said: “Anyone thinking of entering the Miss Bermuda Pageant I would tell them to
‘Go for it!’
“It is an amazing experience. You gain such confidence; poise (through the regular meetings, seminars and rehearsals) and all the contestants become a second family to you. By the end of the pageant you have gained a huge sense of accomplishment and memories that will last a lifetime.”
Beauty queen hopefuls can also register directly on the pageant’s website www.missbermuda.bm or by contacting organiser Milika Trott-Seymour on 704-1469 for more details.
