February 22, 2013Dear Sir,Here we go again - the handicapped seniors getting crucified. I thought we all made it abundantly clear the last time around with the previous government that the reason we have cars above the D Class is not for the luxury of the thing, but the need to be able to get in and out. I for one bought my E Class car six years ago because I could not get in and out of anything smaller. Even with this car there are days when it is difficult and painful. I can no longer drive myself and have to rely on my wife and others to get around, and I am sure that there are many others like me. To give a benefit to some seniors and not others is not fair, and we thought when we voted for this Party they would take more care in examining the circumstances all around before making decisions, and on top of all that they want to add on another three pecent. I realise that things have to be tightened up but when one is on a fixed income it is making life extremely difficult and as I mentioned before what is fair for some should be fair for all.SEEING IT AS IT ISPembroke
