A 27-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital after a crash with a car in Hamilton Parish.The incident took place at 11am on Sunday on North Shore Road near the junction with East Point Lane, with both vehicles travelling in the same direction.The rider of the motorcycle, a St George’s man, was injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment.There were no other injuries reported, however, both the motorcycle and the car received extensive damage.At last check the rider was recovering on a general ward, and inquiries into the accident are ongoing.
