It proved to be a quiet day on The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday, with only 48 shares being traded.

Butterfield Bank was the only trader, but its share price held firm, as the Index opened and closed at 3,429.31 with no movement.

The BSX Insurance Index, however, continued its good run of late, rising 43.19 points (5.28 percent) to 859.68.
