Last week's match was a tremendous performance by the team; we are finally starting to understand what it takes to compete in this league.

The difficult things is the physical side of the game and also mentally, not going into a game and thinking we will get the required result because we played well last week.

I was really pleased with players for their professionalism, knowing that they had to perform well just like the last game in order to get a result from it.

This weekend we play Crystal Palace Baltimore at home in what should be an entertaining game, and I personally think it is the match of the week within the league.

I say that because Crystal Palace were a very good team last season, they had the best second half run of any team in our league and just missed out on the play-offs.

This season they have played three games, three wins and no goals conceded.

They will most likely be up amongst the top two this season, and I think they are the team to beat this season.

Our sides have similarities, we both model our play with the English style of the game, and also a lot of our knowledge and background is also from the same style.

So it makes for a very interesting game.

They are the team that's really on form at the moment and we are starting to put together some good performances.

I think we have quite an attractive team, a good balance and players who are starting to understand what it takes to make it in the league and go forward we look to be in good stead.
