entrance to City Hall on Monday.

Spokesperson Evelyn James Barnett said the group of about 20 young people "rudely obstructed'' the entrance near the bus depot.

"The youths were reportedly blocking the path with their cycles and threatening patrons,'' she said.

After being warned by Police the group moved on.

Mrs. James Barnett could not confirm whether or not the youngsters were students from a particular school.

But she said a cycle squad and parish constables will be closely monitoring the area.
