Anderson's expensive drink

Police prosecutor Sgt. Phil Taylor said an officer on foot patrol saw Alvin N.Anderson 56, of Top Square, with a miniature bottle of liquor up to his mouth on York Street.
Magistrates' Court.
Police prosecutor Sgt. Phil Taylor said an officer on foot patrol saw Alvin N.
Anderson 56, of Top Square, with a miniature bottle of liquor up to his mouth on York Street.
The officer confronted Anderson then placed him under arrest.
Anderson was taken to St. George's Police Station where he was formally charged then bailed.
Senior Magistrate Will Francis ordered Anderson to pay a fine of $100.
