Quanta Capital Holdings Ltd. has appointed as a director following the resignation of W. Russell Ramsey as a director of the Company.

Mr. Bridges currently serves as the President of Rosemont Reinsurance Ltd., a specialty property and marine reinsurer that is in run-off. He previously served in several capacities at Overseas Partners Ltd. including during its run-off phase. Prior to his service at Overseas Partners Ltd. he was a partner and head of the reinsurance practice at KPMG Peat Marwick in Bermuda.

, head of portfolio management and member of the operating committee of Primus Guaranty Ltd., yesterday announced he will retire from the company effective March 31, 2007.

Before joining Primus in 2001, Mr. Truett served for over 30 years at Bank of America and Continental Bank, holding a number of senior credit management positions in the US and abroad.

Bermuda-based reinsurer Harbor Point has named as general counsel. Ms Rivers joins from Axis Capital Holdings.

Former Wyndham Bermuda Resort general manager has been named managing director for Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort & Spa. His responsibilities include leading the operation of the 300 newly renovated guest rooms, 17,680 sq. ft. of meeting space, and US sales team for the ocean side St. Thomas resort.

A 30-year veteran to the hospitality industry and three year veteran to Wyndham, Magor has been involved in several other properties in the USas well as the Caribbean. Most recently, he was managing director at the Wyndham Bermuda Resort & Spa and served as the general manager of Wyndham Northwest Chicago Resort & Spa.
