The other West End team, Sandys Sports Club, moved into a tie for second place with Queens Club despite a 3-3 draw with Spanish Point Boat Club.

Sandys raced to a 3-1 advantage only to have Spanish Point roar back to tie, led by Gary Flood, who was named second Division player of the week.

Meanwhile, the other match witnessed Police defeat Old Colony Club III 4-2.
