Barbara A.E. Ming Memorial Walk and Road Race on December 4 starting at the Harrington Primary School at 9 a.m.

The course will be around the sound, roughly 7.2 miles, and prizes will be awarded for the first three finishers in each of the following categories -- open (20-39) male and female, male and female masters (40-49) and senior masters (50 and over) as well as to the first finishers in the junior division for male and female.

The closing date for entries is December 2 at 4 p.m. and there is a $10 fee for non-members of Swan's Running Club, $8 for members and $12 for late entries. Entries should be returned to the SportsSeller, the Pro Shop or the Winners Edge.

Race numbers will be issued on race day between 7.30 and 8 a.m. at the school gym.
