Mini forwarders stand tall

Forwarders topped the team series and games list with a 2,731 and 956 as Steve Wales led them with the top series 628 and high game 235. Chris Leverock supported that with a 229 game.
Reggie Saunders rolled the second series 621 to help his team, Sparks, beat Warwick Whites 171 -91 . Sparks also had the second high team series 2,727 and 927 to help their cause. Warwick Whites rolled a 937 third high team game and 2,642 series.
Warwick Reds were comfortable 20-7 winners over Social Club while in the other match Young Blood beat Buy and Sell 16-11.
Young Blood rolled the second high team game of 943 and third high series 2,701. Kevin Minors of Buy and Sell had a 234 second high game and 611 series while Glenn Tuzo of Young Blood had a 600 series and teammate Mike Glasgow a 231 game.

E&C Well Drilling rolled the top series 2,069 and high game 729 to beat Strikers 3-1 in latest action in the Mixed Majors League.
Sam Santucci led the Drillers with both the top series 586 and high game 228 for the men while Joan Burgess supported that with the women's third high series 523. Lionel Dowling of Strikers turned in a 571 second high series.
Untouchables were comfortable 4-0 winners over Dynamic Four, thanks to their 2,024 second high team series and Millie Waldron's 546 high series and 192 game which tied for third honours with Kathy Christopher of Dynamic Four.
Dolphins claimed the third high series 2,016 and game 717 on their way to a 3-1 win over B's & G's. Reggie Saunders led the winners with a 217 second high game.
Gordon Wilkinson and Lee-Ann Bean led Last Minutes to a 3-1 triumph over Trojans. Wilkinson had the men's co-third game of 213 while Bean rolled a 193 second high women's game. Last Minutes also placed second on the team game's list with a 725.
In the other match Mix Ups beat Troublemakers 3-1 with Jessie Brangman turning in a 562 third men's series and 213 joint third game for the winners while Lynn Gilbert was outstanding with her top game of 199 and second high 532 series for the winners.
Action in the Miller High Life league produced all lopsided wins in the latest day of bowling as league leaders Tools and Equipment rolled to a 19-11 win over a determined Terminators team.
Conrad Lister's 602 series and 247 game led the winners to the second high team game and series of 980 and 2,773 respectively. Howard Francis was high scorer for the losers with Quinton Mallory rolling a 232 game to help.
In the night's lowest scoring match between the bottom two teams, Team Spirit came out on top with a 20-10 win. Vernon Daniels was high for the winners while David Pitt led the losers.
Thompson's overcame a sluggish start to post the night's top team game and series with a 1,062 and 2,901. Victor Thompson's third high game of 262 and 603 series, Allan Thompson's 238 and third high series 606 and Junior White's 260 game and second high series 618 propelled them to a 21-9 victory. Clem Lespere offered some token resistence for the losers.
Gosling's moved into second place with their 22-8 win over Stevendoring Services.
