Sunday, starting with a skippers' meeting at noon.

The venue for the event will be either Elbow Beach -- if winds are from the southwest -- or Somerset Long Bay -- if winds are from the north.

The race is open to intermediate and advanced windsurfers, with a $10 entrance fee which will cover racing, refreshments and prizes. The fee is payable at the skippers' meeting.
