Rego was followed in Class One by Ed Faries in Windfall and Les Crane in Monterey In Class Two, Frequent Flyer finished some 12 minutes ahead of Tsunami who in turn was one and half minutes ahead of High Energy . But on handicap, High Energy was declared the class winner.

Class Three saw Anarchy (Jonathan Corless) lead the way home when the only other entry, Jim Riley's Cyclone , was forced to retire.

Those in the Cruising Class sailed a shorter course and were led the entire way by Circe (Francis Carter) followed by David Roblin's Lullaby and Al Keeler's Why Not .

Zander Kirkland completed a fine run in the 24-race Fall Optimist Series with four firsts on the final day to wrap up the top spot in the Advanced Division, totalling 261 points.

Tight racing was the order of the day as Giles Spurling, Alexandria Crane and Alex Lines also visited the winners' circle.

Gareth Williams led the novices with 11 points while James Doughty finished second followed by Gordon Belboda.

The next two Sundays will feature regattas in Somerset and Hamilton co-hosted by Sandys Boat Club and Royal Bermuda Yacht Club.
