Butterfield Bank saw its share price drop five cents (0.05 percent) to close down at $18.30 on the Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.

The bank, which was the only company to experience any activity, traded 713 shares throughout the course of the day.

Overall, the Index finished down 7.99 points (0.16 percent) at 4,966.32, with 713 shares worth $13,057.05 changing hands.

The BSX Insurance Index also slipped down 0.52 percent to 1,206.35.
