Cooper Industries and Foster Wheeler, both based in Bermuda, are participating in the Bear Stearns 3rd Annual Commodities & Capital Goods Conference to be held in New York on November 28.

There will be a presentation and comments by Cooper's senior vice president of corporate development Tom O'Grady, with a live audio web cast of the presentation on the investor centre of the Company's website.

While Foster's Raymond Milchovich, chairman and chief executive officer, will make a presentation to investors at the conference tha same day.

Foster Wheeler also intends to broadcast live audio on its website.
