BCB shares plunge

The Royal Gazette / Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) Index dipped slightly yesterday as Bermuda Commercial Banks shares plunged.
BCB's share price shed $3 (24 percent) from a 52-week high of $12.50 to close on $9.50 after 7.067 shares were traded.
BCB was the only issue to change value. There was plenty of activity around BF&M Ltd., which closed unchanged on $18.50 after 5,072 shares were traded.
Sixty Butterfield Bank Ltd. shares also changed hands at a price of $57.
The Index closed down 23.06 points at 4,957.17. Volume of shares traded totalled 12,199 and turnover was $164,352.50.
