British Airways announced a seat sale yesterday, which will offer a roundtrip fare to London for $686, with all taxes included.

Passengers must buy their tickets by February 22 to take advantage of the special fare for travel originating in Bermuda between February 19 and March 23, 2008, and between October 25 and December 18.

BA's Bermuda manager Marianne Wilcox said yesterday: "Roundtrip economy fares to London will be $374. Tickets must be booked seven days in advance of departure, therefore the first day for travel would be February 22. A minimum stay of one Saturday night is required and a maximum stay of 11 months is available."

There is a fuel surcharge of $182 and government taxes totalling $130. Tickets can be changed for $200.
