Late night shoppers will be able to take advantage of an extended ferry service every Friday until Christmas from tonight.

The service put on by the Department of Marine and Ports Services aims to give people from the West End and the East End a chance to make the most of Hamilton?s late night shopping festivities.

Bosses say the Rockaway-Hamilton route and the St. David?s/St. George?s-Hamilton route will run until 10 p.m. each Friday.

As an extra offer, the Marine and Ports Service will be running a free ferry service on the St. David?s/St. George?s-Hamilton route from December 11 to 15.
