Oleander arrives from Port Elizabeth

Cargo vessel, <I>Oleander</I>, arrived on the Island from Port Elizabeth, New Jersey, on Sunday.It brought 177 containers that included 46 refrigerated, plus seven flat-beds, 26 cars, two mafis and one office trailer.It left Bermuda at 1 p.m. yesterday.

The Bermuda Islander will arrive tomorrow morning from Salem, New Jersey, bringing 149 containers including 28 refrigerated.

It will also bring two four-foot containers and a boat on a trailer. The vessel will depart on Friday.

The>Somers Isles cargo ship will also arrive in Bermuda tomorrow, after leaving Fernandina Beach, Florida. Its cargo will include 163 containers, including eight refrigerated, plus two boats, and two trucks.

Cruise ship Azamara Journeyarrived on the Island at 9.15 a.m. on Monday, with 566 passengers and is scheduled to leave tomorrow at 3 p.m.

It will return to Cape Liberty Cruise Port in Bayonne, New Jersey.

The Norwegian Majestyarrived at 9.45 a.m. yesterday, with 1,428 people and will leave for Boston on Friday at 12 p.m.

Explorer of The Seas sailed in on Sunday at 10a.m. before leaving at 6.p.m. that day.

It had 3,306 passengers on board, plus 25 Harley Davidson motorcycles. It was headed for St. Maarten, in the Caribbean.

Grandeur of The Seas pulled in at Dockyard yesterday at 10a.m. with 2,785 people and will head out today at 4.p.m. for Baltimore. Norwegian Crown docked in St. George’s yesterday morning with 1,350 passengers and will leave the Island for Philadelphia at 12 p.m. on Friday.

Empress of The Seas arrived on Monday at 1 p.m. with 1,561 passengers and will return to Norfolk, Virginia tomorrow.

Pleasure boat Crown Princess was scheduled to visit the Island on Monday, but cancelled due to the squally weather conditions.
