Five cruise ships bring thousands to the Island
[NOTE] All references to current times are correct for publishing tomorrow[\NOTE]The Oleander arrived from Port Elizabeth, New Jersey, on Sunday, carrying 214 containers, with 46 of them refrigerated.
It also had three flat-beds, 42 cars, two mafis and three boats on trailers. It left Bermuda yesterday at 4 p.m. The Somers Isle> arrived in Bermuda yesterday morning in Hamilton with 174 containers, including five refrigerated.
It also had four pleasure-boats, two vehicles and two trailers. The vessel is expected to leave for Fernandina Beach, Florida, this afternoon. Bermuda Islander will arrive tomorrow morning with 141 containers, 24 refrigerated and a 45-foot trailer. It will depart the Island on Friday morning, for Salem, New Jersey.
Cruise shipI>Azamara Journey, stopped by on Monday and docked in Hamilton. It is scheduled to leave Bermuda tomorrow at 3 p.m. The Empress of The Se<$>will move from Hamilton to St. George’s today, before she departs tomorrow. Norwegian Spi<$>arrived in Dockyard on Monday and left on the same day. The Costa Magica replaced it and left Bermuda yesterday aftern.
Norwegian Majesty<$> stopped by the Island yesterday in St. George’s, with 1,475 passengers and 668 crew members. It will leave Bermuda on Friday. Norwegian Crown was expected to arrive in Bermuda yesterday but did not due to the weather. Instead, it will dock in Hamilton this morning, before moving to St. George’s later during the week.
Liquid propane gas carr, Gas Sincerity, is scheduled to arrive today around noon and will depart today.
