IT trouble at Transport Control Department is resolved

The Transport Control Department’s operating system went briefly offline this morning, with a spokeswoman saying at 10am that the facility “cannot serve most customers at this time”.
Some services, such as vehicle examinations, were unaffected.
The system came back online at about 11am, and services resumed as normal.
