Insurance firm Resolution Life has reaffirmed its commitment to assist a charity supporting young adult men.

The company recently provided members of Transitional Community Services with new work shoes, supporting their journey towards employment and economic independence.

TCS said that the firm had been a dedicated partner, beyond the bounds of conventional corporate philanthropy.

“What began as a commitment to financially support TCS has evolved into a deeply rooted and authentic relationship, one that exemplifies the company’s values and commitment to community impact,” the charity said.

TCS said Resolution Life had forged a substantive and personal partnership.

“They sought to build a relationship grounded in empathy, engagement and shared purpose and they have delivered on that vision, year after year,” the charity said.

Tiffanne Thomas, non-executive chairwoman of the board of TCS, said: “Resolution Life’s approach to philanthropy has truly been remarkable and transformative.

“These moments, the home-cooked holiday meals, the donated work shoes, the thoughtful gift bags are not just acts of kindness; they are affirmations of dignity.”

Dr Thomas added: “Our young men often come from circumstances where they feel invisible. What Resolution Life offers them is visibility, value and hope.”

Alex Thompson, the Bermuda customer service lead at Resolution Life, said: “Our partnership with TCS is built on empathy and shared purpose.

“At Resolution Life, we’re proud to support young men on their journey to independence — not just through giving, but by showing up and standing with them.”

The charity said Resolution Life’s commitment affirmed authentic, mission-aligned partnerships as the cornerstone of sustainable social impact.

The TCS said the firm contributed each month with essential items for its food and toiletry pantry, helping to meet young men’s immediate practical needs.

Additionally, the firm prepared and delivered a Christmas dinner for its members — making the holiday both festive and filled with warmth.
