Butterfield invites applications for future-talent programmes

The bank recognises that there are many routes to success and so selection is based on more than just academics

Butterfield has opened applications for its 2026 future-talent programmes, including the Bermuda Undergraduate Scholarship, the Summer Internship Programme and the Graduate Talent Programme.

Jody Feldman, the managing director of Butterfield in Bermuda, said the initiatives reflect the bank’s commitment to developing the next generation.

“We recognise that there are many routes to success, and so our selection is based on more than just academics,” he said, encouraging eligible candidates to apply.

The Bermuda Undergraduate Scholarship, established in 1978 in honour of Sir Harry Butterfield, awards $30,000 to a student pursuing a full-time, finance-related degree overseas and is tenable for up to four years.

The paid Summer Internship Programme runs from June to August, while the two-year Graduate Talent Programme begins in September, offering placements across key business areas. Applications for all programmes close on March 1.
