Willis Re has appointed Nick Pritchard as a broker in its Bermuda team.

Pritchard, who was most recently interim chief underwriting officer at Conduit Re, where he also served as underwriting portfolio and alternative capital manager.

He brings more than 20 years of industry experience in underwriting and broking and has been based on the island since 2009.

Before joioning Conduit, he was managing director at Aon and senior vice-president – head of property treaty at Vantage Risk Companies. He has also held various roles at Neon and Validus Re.
