Q: Is it true that The Eagles are getting back together? They were one of my favourite bands. — S.F.

A: It’s true that the band, which officially broke up in 1980 but has reconnected twice, got back together for a new album, due for release in the next couple of months. Whether they continue together remains to be seen, however; this might be just another one-time reunion.

Q: Can you tell me what actor John O’Hurley is doing since hen Dancing With the Stars? — L.

A:<$> O’Hurley starred in a dancing video, put in an appearance on the sitcom Hope & Faith and took over as host of the daytime gamhow Family Feud. A long-time star of the theatre, though, he’s returning to the stage, starring as King Arthur in the newest version of the wacky Broadway smash musical Monty Python’s Spamalot. It begins performances at the Wynn Las Vegas iarch.

Q: I thought actress Geraldine Hughes was really good in RocBalboa. Where is she from, and what is she doing? — K.R.

A:<$> She’s from Belfast, Northern Ireland, and is currently on stage on Broadway in a new production of the classic, evocative play Trlations<$>. Written by Brian Friel, it’s the story of the residents of a rural Irish village in the mid-1800s, who are dealing with the effects of living under the control of the British.

Q: What is Ted Danson doing? Is his TV show coming back on the air? ̵M.J.

A:<$> Danson’s ABC series Help Me Help You is currently officially on hiatus, so its fate is up in the air. But since he’s shooting a pilot for a legal series for the FX cable network with Glenn Close, that seems to indicate that he doesn’t think it’s coming back. He also a film, Nobel Son, with his wife Mary Steenburgen, Danny DeVito and Alan Rickman, due for release.

Q: Can you tell me what movies actress Eva Mendez has coming up? — A.S.

A: She co-stars with Nicolas Cage in the ion flick Ghost Rider, with Joaquin Phoenix, Robert Duvall and mark Wahlberg in the crime drama We Own the Night and with Andre Braugher in themedy-drama Live! <$>about a reality series in which contestants play Russian roulette. And she’s currently filming the thriller Cleaner, with Sam L. Jackson.

Q: Sienna Miller really is beautiful. What is she doing next? — L.P.

A: The actress, currently on screen in>Factory Girl<$>, has a few films due out: the drama Camille, with James Franco; themantic comedy The Mysteries of Pittsburgh, which she filmed in that city and subsequently angered some of its residents when she made some disparaging comments about it; and the adventure-fasy Stardust<$>, with Robert De Niro and Claire Danes. With so many films in a row, she now says that she’s taking a few months off.

Q: I’m very confused by the story that actor Isaiah Washington went into rehab for making a slur. Did it wor— K.M.

A:<$> You’re not the only one . . . but after the well-publicised incident, in which he used a homophobic slur to describe cast-mate T.R. Knight, he apparently went through a week’s counselling to help him understand what he had done and learn not to do it again. We’ll all have to wait and see whether it was successful.

Q: Whatever happened to comedian Garry Shandling? I always thought he was very fun — F.L.

A:<$> After working very hard for several seasons on HBO’s Therry Sanders Show, <$>Shandling has been taking it easy the past few years, putting in a movie appearance or two, such as his voice-over role in last year’s animd Over the Hedge<$>. Recently, he went back the Larry Sanders <$>footage, interviewed the stars and guest stars, and put together a special DVD; it’s due for release in April.

Q: What is actor Michael Vartaoing? I liked him on As. — G.C.

A:<$> He has an Australian thriller called <ogue and the drama Jolene<$> due for release. He’s also preparing to go into production on a series pilot for ABC about four high-powered CEO friends.

Q: Is it true that Kevin Federline rejected $25 million in a divorce settlement? Is hidding? — M.G.

A:<$> Apparently, it is true. One report has him holding out for $50 million. But there is also word that part of the settlement called for him to not have any contact with his and singer Britney Spears’ two young sons, which he refused. So the negotiating goes on.
