MVP Lawrence Fox scored 17 points as Serco captured the Adult Recreation title, 55-36 over Bermuda College. Malik Blyden added ten points for Serco, with Jimmie Dennwiddle scoring 16 for Bermuda College. In the Women's Division, Myer's Flyers got by Air Nets 19-12 as Lisa Rawlins had eight points.

CRICKET CRI The Commercial Cricket League, which enjoyed one of its most competitive seasons last year, will hold its annual meeting next week ahead of the first round of matches on May 3.

All eight clubs who took part last season -- including league and knockout champions Watford Sports Club -- are expected to return and may be joined by at least one new side.

The AGM, to be held at the Department of Youth, Sport & Recreation, starts at 5.30 p.m.

GOLF GLF Carol Hammond will be aiming for a three-peat when the Mid Ocean Club Ladies Invitational gets underway today.

Winner of the pairs' event for the past two years, Hammond has a different partner this year -- Angela Taylor from Royal Birkdale in England -- as she bids for a hat-trick of net victories.

SOCCER SOC St. John's Field staged their first night games last weekend with two close contests.

The opening match between the club's two sponsors for their lights, Bank of Bermuda and Belco, ended with a 3-2 win for Belco as Rambert Hill scored twice and Marlon Lindsay once. Kenny Dill and Gershon Gibbons replied for Bank of Bermuda.

In the feature match, Boulevard Old Boys scored a 1-0 win over Dandy Town Old Boys with Oscar Samuels netting the goal.

Boulevard's Colin Jennings and Arnold Manders of Dandy Town were MVPs for the game.
