Storm and Bluebirds earn victories

The Storm and Bluebirds grabbed wins on Saturday night in the Bermuda Basketball Association's CellOne Elite City League at the Somersfield Academy Gymnasium.

Storm won the opening game of the doubleheader 80-55 over Outback, thanks to high man Jaron Haley who scored a game-high 21 points.

Outbacks were no match in the contest, although Dean Jones dropped 19 in the loss.

In the second match, Bluebirds recorded a 49-41 win over Trinity Sound Lions.

Bermuda international Te’Jour Riley led the victors with 15 points, while Reggie Tolosa scored 15 for the Lions in the defeat.
