Polaris buys back $300,000 of its own shares

Polaris Holding Company Ltd, parent company of Hamilton docks operator Stevedoring Services Ltd, has paid out $300,000 to buy back some of its own shares for cancellation.In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Polaris said it bought the 46,154 common shares from Duck’s Puddle Properties Ltd under an amalgamation agreement dated March 14, 2019.Polaris announced its acquisition of East End Asphalt during that month.The shares were repurchased pursuant to BSX Regulation Section IIB 6.14(2)(i), Polaris added.
