BF&M and LOM shares fall
Shares of LOM Financial Ltd and BF&M Ltd fell in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading.
LOM, a broker-dealer and investment firm, fell three cents, or 1.1 per cent, to close on $2.72 on the trading of 37,900 shares.
Insurer BF&M slipped 20 cents, or 1.1 per cent, to close on $17.50, as 5,500 shares changed hands.
Telecoms group One Communications Ltd was the most actively traded stock, remaining unchanged on $4 as 88,000 of its shares were traded.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index fell 1.72 points, or 0.11 per cent, to close on 1,557.29. Trading volume totalled 131,400 shares, while turnover was $553,127.
The BSX Insurance Index dipped 66.7 points, or 5.91 per cent, to close on 1,062.4.
Butterfield Bank's US-listed shares rose 18 cents, or 1.2 per cent, to close on $15.21. The bank last traded on the BSX at $19.
