The island’s much anticipated Budget statement charting the Government’s fiscal road map for 2025-26 will be heard this morning in the House of Assembly.

David Burt, the Premier and finance minister, will read the estimates of revenue and expenditure for the new fiscal year, which commenced on April 1.

The statement gets under way shortly after 10am — with the prospect of a balanced budget said to be among items to note, along with tax cuts and details on the impact of the corporate income tax.
