Arrogant, indifferent and aloof

Dear Sir,

The ever increasing delays to the British Airways flights to Bermuda are causing problems to both private and business passengers. Bermuda is trying to encourage overseas investment and this service is not showing Bermuda in a good light. The BA management seems arrogant, indifferent and aloof about this question as it has a monopoly. It is time for the Bermuda Government quickly to call BA London management in and tell them to improve matters or Bermuda will look for an alternative carrier.
