The dying art of customer service
Updated: Sep 05, 2018 09:26 AM
Dear Sir,
I am going to start a new company. The name of it is “Customer Service”.
When you call this new company, you will be speaking with a human being. Further, the human being will actually be in Bermuda. We will not put you on hold for up to an hour, or longer, or tell you that your approximate wait time is 30 minutes.
We will not have to tell you that we appreciate your call and that you are important to us because at Customer Service you are always appreciated.
We will not tell you that we are sorry for the inconvenience because we won't inconvenience you.
We look forward to your call — in Bermuda — and to convincing you that customer service is not a dying art.
