Dear Sir,

We would like to clarify the Official Notice in The Royal Gazette over the wind-up of the pension plan for Fourways Inn Limited.

This is the pension plan that predated our acquisition in 2002, and Fourways’ employees are now members of the main MEF group pension plans.

There are no existing or, indeed, former employees in the old plan and as such, we requested that it be wound up.

This notice was part of the normal wind-up process and in no way affects any employee’s pension.
