Historian to lecture on African culture
culture and the contributions of the continent to the world on Friday, April 18.
He is a guest of the Committee for the study of African Culture, an organisation of dedicated men and women who aim to educate themselves about African history and its meaning in the modern world.
Mr. Browder is an author whose latest work is titled: "From the Browder File Vol. II Survival Strategies for Africans in American: 13 steps to freedom.'' The aim of the work is to lead the reader to a greater awareness of personal and cultural freedom.
For the last 19 years Mr. Browder has operated and managed East Koast Graphics, a design studio and the Institute of Karmic Guidance, an educational and research enterprise.
Mr. Browder has lectured to more than 10,000 persons in his travels through the United States, Africa, Europe, Japan and Mexico.
His April 18 lecture will take place at the St. Paul Centennial Hall at 8.00 p.m. The United Production Dancers and Fires of Africa Drummers will also perform.
