Nikia Javon Burchall, a self-confessed alcoholic, was issued with the order on August 28, 2004, after pleading guilty to repeatedly beating Antonio Francis with a pool cue at Devonshire Recreation Club in May of the same year ? an alcohol fuelled attack.
Burchall broke the order when he interrupted a football game at Somerset Cricket Club on December 1 last year by wandering drunkenly on to the pitch and shouting abuse at linesman Antoine Augustus.
Appearing before Mrs. Justice Simmons, Burchall pleaded guilty to violating the probation order and committing offences against public morality ? before being remanded into custody to await sentencing on April 29.
