Man jailed for breaking and entering
two counts of breaking and entering.
Neville Woods, of Kings Court, pleaded guilty to entering the Pembroke residence of Gwendolyn Bean on December 29.
He walked out of the house with a television valued at $300 but returned it after being spotted by neighbours. And Woods, 30, was arrested by Police last Tuesday on suspicion of stealing two signal horns, valued at $104.75 from A & P Marine Ltd. on Washington Street, Hamilton the previous day.
He admitted this offence and apologised to Senior Magistrate William Francis for his actions.
He added he had been trying to get a job just before he was arrested.
But referring to Woods' previous convictions, Mr. Francis gave him two nine month prison sentences, to run concurrently with each other.
"You know it could have been a lot higher,'' he told Woods before he was taken away.
