The sons of a former deputy mayor of Hamilton have denied assaulting One Bermuda Alliance Senator Andrew Simons.
Courtland Boyle Jr, 21, and Robert Boyle, 19, both pleaded not guilty to unlawful assault in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
Both were released on $2,000 bail and ordered to have no contact with Mr Simons.
In March, their father, shoe store owner Courtland Boyle Sr, denied assaulting Mr Simons and wilfully and unlawfully damaging his car on August 3, 2017, in Pembroke.
The case was adjourned until July 11.
