Call-in services for licensing vehicles

A phone-in service for payments to renew vehicle licences has been set up to help people who do not have internet access.

The new Transport Control Department system allows people to renew licences for private vehicles that expire in April or May without having to use the online eTCD platform.

The phone service is available on weekdays between 8am and noon on weekdays.

Customers should call 292-1271 and enter either extension 2138 or 2363.

People with internet access should continue to relicense their private vehicles online using eTCD and save the phone service for people who need it.

You must be Registered or to post comment or to vote.
