Seventy-eight of these were released while 42 were boated and weighed. Tops among those was a 43.7 pound Yellowfin Tuna caught by Lisa Booth of Reel Dealers while aboard Captain Alan Card's Challenger .

Meanwhile, for the third consecutive day Hatteras Trouble turned in the high point team performance, registering 29,924 points, including 27 fish, 22 of which were released.

Captain Gene Barnes' Blue Chip was the high point boat, but still trails Challenger for the overall lead. Blue Chip stands at 43,486 points compared to 54,419 for the latter, while Captain Russell Young's Sea Wolfe is third on 41,338.

In the team event Hatteras Trouble (74,659) heads the list followed by Bermuda Anglers Club (48,028) and Reel Dealers (43,744).
