American expert Tim Palka was brought in especially for the event, but while he thrilled with his ability on the track among the 125B class, he was unable to beat local riders Robbie Smith and Aaron Pace.

After leading in the early stages of the first race, Palka succumbed to unrelenting pressure from Smith and Pace. Smith went on win the race followed by Pace with Palka third.

Smith won all three races with Pace garnering two seconds and a third, while Palka managed a fourth and a second to go along with his earlier third place finish.

A small 125C field witnessed Kemo Simons record a hat-trick of wins, while Duprey Joell and Jamel Hassell did likewise in the 250cc and 80cc classes respectively.

Lorenzo Trott was the lone competitor in the PW80 while Maurice Symons rebounded from a dismal outing a week earlier to win all three races in the PW 50 class.

As usual Boxing Day presented an opportunity for some of those not normally seen on the track to show their skills. Jamel Williams won the Old Boys race ahead of Kacy Hollis and Chris Anderson, while "Tiny'' led the mechanics ahead of Marvin Lambe and Jake Durham.
