Port Royal II made the best of home course advantage to stretch their lead atop the Amstel Golf League Division A on Saturday.
Bermuda's junior players held onto second place with another second on Saturday while Mid Ocean leapfrogged up to third, thanks largely to the father-son combination of Brendan Ingham (77) and Jonathan Ingham (75).
Tony Readwin led Port Royal II with a three-over par 74 while team-mate Paul Williams carded 75. But the best round of the day was carded by Riddell's Bay player Hav Trott who fired 72.
Chris Garland, playing for the Bermuda Junior Golf Association, warmed up for his defence of the Atlantic International title this week, with a round of 73 which was also equalled by Port Royal I member Clyde (Tango) Burgess.
In the B division, Ocean View II maintained top spot, picking up the maximum 10 points. They're followed by Port Royal III with BGA Ladies moving up to third, thanks to Judithanne Astwood who had the best round of the day, 71.
Rudy Cann of Ocean View II was next best with 75.
This Saturday sees the A division at Riddell's Bay while the B division players head to Castle Harbour.
