Swinging Doors scored an easy win over Sandys Boat Club 223-146 while Hamilton Parish were equally convincing in their 227-155 defeat of Mariners. Robin Hood, meanwhile, thrashed Vasco II 217-169.

Vasco I had the better of War Vets 208-168, Vasco III lost to Swinging Doors II 200-169 and Hamilton Parish II got past Docksiders 204-187.

Richard Foggo, captain of Hamilton Parish I, achieved his fifth 50 of the season while other players returning perfect scores this week were Gary Bascome, Glenn Packer, Dennis Parsons, Sal Williams and Bobby Smith.

Joell went down to Pennsylvania's Liz Haines after having gone into the 15th hole two up. However, she lost both 15 and 16 after dumping balls into a water hazard, and after halving 17 was beaten on the last when Haines holed a birdie putt.

Joell, with partner Ginette Spinucci, will now play in next week's International Four Ball tournament at the Orangebrook Country Club in Florida.

SOCCER SOC The primary school 9-a-side soccer finals will be played on Tuesday at Somerset Primary School, starting at 2.00 p.m. The annual primary school All-Star game is slated for next Friday at National Stadium (6.00 p.m.) preceding the secondary school All-Star match.

BAA's First Division and Alliance Division players are asked to attend a training session at the club on Sunday (10.30 a.m.).
