Social Club 3 X Roads 1

For the second game in a row Clay Darrell delivered a hat-trick to inspire Social Club to this First Division victory.

At Bernard Park, the lanky striker came through again, having hit three goals against Paget the previous weekend.

This time his three-goal haul helped Social Club to stage a recovery after they had been reduced to 10 men after goalkeeper Clifton Hall received his marching orders from referee Ralph Tumbridge.

Hall was ejected after 26 minutes but Social Club fought on and Darrell gave them a 1-0 lead after 35 minutes. However, an own goal by Leroy Jones levelled the scores after 45 minutes.

Inspired up front by the tireless Darrell, Social Club then went in front with further strikes in the 55nd and 73rd minute.

Wolves 2 BAA 3

BAA, without a single victory throughout the whole of last season, surprised home side Wolves with this win at Devonshire Rec .

In truth, Wolves only made the score look close with a late strike from Mike Spencer..

BAA always held a slight edge, taking a 1-0 lead after six minutes from Chano Moniz.

Substitute Robert Thomas levelled the scores after 51 minutes but BAA stormed back with Alton Roberts fiercely heading home a corner after 68 minutes. They stretched the lead to 3-1 in the 75th minute through Gary Adams.

Somerset 2 St. George's Colts 1

Goals from Jelani Butterfield and Cofield Robinson were enough to lift Somerset Trojans to victory over St. George's Colts at Somerset CC as they look to regain their Premeir Division status.

Butterfield gave Trojans a 1-0 lead before Jeremy Hayward equalised for St. George's.

Cofield Robinson scored what turned out to be the game-winning goal.

Somerset Eagles 2 Paget 0

Two goals in the space of five minutes won Somerset Eagles this contest against Paget at White Hill Field.

Goals from Kenny Thompson in the 73rd minute and Marlon Rojas five minutes later made sure that no upset was on the cards as Paget remained winless from their first two matches.

Ireland Rangers 1 St. David's 2

A courageous goalkeeping performance from Gregory Minors held home team Ireland Rangers at bay for the first 45 minutes, but St. David's found their groove after the interval to score twice and take maximum points at Malabar.

Rangers dominated play in the opening spell and only a series of heroic saves by Minors denied them. The fortunes of the visitors changed after play resumed with Otis Minors putting St. David's ahead 1-0 and Fiqre Crockwell added their second 10 minutes later.

The home team remained competitive and scored five minutes from the end with a Yuseff Pitt penalty after defender Freddy Sewell had fouled.
